Terms of Service
Terms governing the use of HAIntelligence services.
These Terms explain the conditions under which visitors, prospects, and clients may access the HAIntelligence website, request services, and engage with HAIntelligence for cybersecurity, intelligence, exposure assessment, and automation work.
Section 1
Introduction
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the HAIntelligence website, communications, service requests, proposals, assessments, reports, and related cybersecurity services provided by HAIntelligence.
By accessing the website, submitting a request, communicating with HAIntelligence, or using any service provided by HAIntelligence, you agree to these Terms unless a separate written agreement signed by the parties provides otherwise.
These Terms are intended for business and professional use. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to represent that organization.
Section 2

- Credential exposure review
- Domain, brand, and public-facing asset analysis
- AI-assisted security automation
- Security reporting and executive briefings
Section 4
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you provide, the scope you approve, the decisions you make based on deliverables, and the remediation actions you choose to implement.
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to clarification requests when necessary, and ensure that internal stakeholders understand the authorized scope of work.
- Provide accurate company, domain, and contact details.
- Confirm authorization for requested assessments.
- Review findings and recommendations carefully.
- Do not submit passwords, secrets, private keys, API tokens, or sensitive internal data through website forms.
- Implement remediation actions using qualified internal or external personnel.
Section 5
Reports and deliverables
Reports, findings, briefings, dashboards, documents, or other deliverables may include technical observations, risk explanations, recommended remediation actions, and business context.
Deliverables are based on available information, accessible sources, third-party data, client-provided context, and analysis performed at the time of review. Exposure and threat conditions can change quickly.
Section 6
AI-assisted workflows
HAIntelligence may use automation, artificial intelligence, scripts, enrichment logic, or structured workflows to support research, triage, report generation, and security analysis.
AI-assisted outputs are reviewed with professional judgment where appropriate, but you acknowledge that automated systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or context-dependent results.
- AI may support analysis but does not replace expert review.
- Automated workflows may depend on third-party data quality.
- Security decisions should not rely solely on automated outputs.
Section 7
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, contact forms, communications, services, reports, or any HAIntelligence deliverable.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scan, attack, overload, or abuse the website or infrastructure.
- Do not submit malicious files, malware, exploit code, or harmful content.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not use HAIntelligence services for unlawful surveillance, harassment, doxxing, fraud, or unauthorized targeting.
- Do not reproduce, resell, or redistribute deliverables except as permitted in writing.
Section 8
Attachments and submitted materials
The website may allow limited file attachments for contact or service request purposes. Any uploaded material must be lawful, relevant, and safe.
HAIntelligence may reject, delete, ignore, or refuse to process any attachment that appears unsafe, irrelevant, excessive, unlawful, or outside the permitted format.
Section 9
Fees, quotations, and payment
Fees, payment terms, taxes, invoicing details, renewal terms, cancellation conditions, and service duration are defined in the applicable quotation, proposal, order form, or written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any prices presented before a signed agreement are indicative and may change based on scope, urgency, complexity, tooling, data sources, and client requirements.
Section 10
Intellectual property
The HAIntelligence name, website, visual identity, methodology, templates, workflows, code, documentation, designs, and proprietary materials remain the property of HAIntelligence or its licensors.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive a limited right to use final deliverables internally for security, risk management, remediation, governance, and decision-making purposes.
- You may not copy or reuse HAIntelligence branding without permission.
- You may not reverse engineer proprietary workflows or tooling.
- You may not resell deliverables as your own service.
Section 11
Confidentiality
Cybersecurity work may involve sensitive business, technical, or risk-related information. Each party should protect confidential information received from the other party with reasonable care.
HAIntelligence may use anonymized, aggregated, or generalized learnings to improve internal methodologies, provided that such use does not identify the client or disclose confidential information.
Section 12
Third-party services and data sources
HAIntelligence may rely on third-party tools, data providers, hosting providers, communication services, enrichment sources, or security platforms to deliver services.
Third-party data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to separate terms. HAIntelligence is not responsible for third-party service outages, data errors, or external platform decisions.
Section 13
No security guarantee
Cybersecurity risk cannot be eliminated completely. HAIntelligence provides analysis, intelligence, recommendations, and support, but does not guarantee that an organization will not suffer an incident, compromise, leak, fraud attempt, or attack.
Findings and recommendations are provided to support decision-making. The client remains responsible for remediation decisions, security implementation, risk acceptance, and operational controls.
Section 14
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HAIntelligence shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or business interruption damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, reputational harm, or loss of opportunity.
Where liability cannot be excluded, HAIntelligence鈥檚 total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
Section 15
Suspension and termination
HAIntelligence may suspend or terminate access to services, communications, or deliverables if a request appears unlawful, unsafe, abusive, unpaid, outside scope, or in breach of these Terms.
The client may discontinue a request or service according to the cancellation or termination terms stated in the applicable proposal, quotation, or written agreement.
Section 16
Changes to these Terms
HAIntelligence may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, operational practices, or security considerations.
The updated version will be published on the website with a revised update date. Continued use of the website or services after publication means you accept the updated Terms.
Section 17
Governing law and disputes
Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by French law.
Before starting formal legal proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through written communication. Where no amicable solution is reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law.
